- • As a Partnerships Manager (North East) at Allica Bank, you will drive growth by developing and nurturing relationships with accounting firms across your region, positioning Allica as the most recommended bank for established SMEs through consultative B2B sales and strategic partnership management.
- • Day to day, you will manage a regional portfolio of accounting firms through cold outbound, warm inbound, and active referrer activities; build trust via consultative engagement; introduce the Business Rewards Account and lending products; own end-to-end client onboarding and funding; coordinate with Relationship Managers; run regional events such as lunch and learns and roundtables; equip partners with Partnerships Packs and marketing materials; maintain accurate CRM records; and collaborate with Marketing and RM teams to ensure seamless partner and customer experiences.
- • Allica Bank is the UK’s fastest-growing company and the fastest-growing fintech firm ever, dedicated to serving established SMEs—representing over a third of the UK economy—that have been underserved by traditional banks and fintechs. The Partnerships Sales Team works with trusted advisors, especially accountants, to generate sustainable business through mutual trust and long-term referrals.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B partnership sales within the financial services sector, master consultative relationship-building with professional advisors, gain end-to-end ownership of client journeys from introduction to funding, and grow your ability to drive revenue through strategic regional partnerships while contributing to Allica’s mission of empowering local SMEs.

- • Proven track record in B2B sales and account management
- • Strong understanding of SMEs and the role of professional advisors, particularly accountants
- • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a track record of earning trust from partners, customers, and colleagues
- • Strong communication and presentation skills for in-person and virtual meetings and events
- • Confident managing a CRM-based portfolio and reporting on pipeline progress
- • Commercially minded, balancing new revenue generation with appropriate consideration of risk and reputation
