- • As a Partnerships Manager (Partner Credit Services) at Tide Platform Limited in Berlin, you will be accountable for establishing and managing relationships with new and existing partners in the SME lending ecosystem, playing a pivotal role in shaping Tide’s market success in Germany.
- • Day to day, you will identify, negotiate, acquire, and onboard strategic partners; manage partner portfolios; collaborate with internal teams to design and execute partnerships; serve as the single point of contact for partner relationships; drive partner business reviews; generate partner leads via multiple channels; coordinate referral onboarding with KYC, Onboarding, and Marketing Data teams; and ensure partner referrals are processed within SLA.
- • You will join a dedicated and dynamic Tide Germany team in an exciting growth phase, bringing together professionals with deep expertise in financial services, technology, and local market dynamics, working to deliver innovative solutions for small business owners and establish the foundation for long-term success in this key market.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in the German SME lending ecosystem, strengthen your partnership and stakeholder management skills, drive measurable commercial impact through KPI-focused partner programs, and grow professionally within a fast-scaling fintech recognized for its inclusive culture and Great Place to Work certification.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 4 years experience in managing partnerships
- • Broad awareness of the SME lending ecosystem, with fintech experience as an advantage
- • Comprehensive understanding of small business customers’ financing needs in the German KMU sector
- • Experience managing partnerships within the SME lending finance industry
- • Fluency in both German and English
- • Strong project management skills: detail-oriented, highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
