- • As a Partnerships Manager UK (Medical Doctor, MD) at Amboss Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in advancing medical education across the United Kingdom by introducing and expanding the use of AMBOSS’s AI-powered learning and clinical decision support platform among medical students and early-career physicians. This role is critical to AMBOSS’s mission of empowering medical professionals worldwide, as you will directly influence how future doctors access knowledge, prepare for exams, and engage with clinical resources—ultimately contributing to improved patient care through better-educated clinicians.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing deep insights into the needs and behaviors of UK medical students and physicians to tailor AMBOSS’s outreach and product relevance; building and nurturing strategic relationships with medical schools, student societies, and faculty across the UK; representing AMBOSS at national and regional conferences, workshops, and student events through engaging presentations and booth management; leading and mentoring the AMBOSSador network—student ambassadors who promote the platform on campus—while coordinating with key opinion leaders and medical organizations to amplify reach; designing and executing data-driven outbound marketing campaigns, including email sequences, social initiatives, and partnership programs tailored to the UK academic calendar; monitoring and analyzing performance metrics such as user adoption, engagement rates, and conversion funnels to inform quarterly strategy reviews and optimize resource allocation; and, where relevant, collaborating with content teams to adapt or create UK-specific study materials, clinical guidelines, or exam preparation guides that align with local curricula like UKMLA or foundation training requirements.
- • You will join a globally distributed, mission-driven team of over 600 professionals passionate about merging medical expertise with innovative technology to transform how medicine is learned and practiced. AMBOSS fosters a culture of autonomy, intellectual curiosity, and collaborative impact, where employees are trusted to take ownership of their markets and initiatives. The company values evidence-based approaches, continuous learning, and inclusivity, and operates with a flat hierarchy that encourages initiative and cross-functional teamwork—particularly between marketing, product, medical affairs, and customer success teams.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced skills in strategic partnership building, stakeholder management within academic and healthcare ecosystems, and market-specific product adaptation. You will gain hands-on experience in blending medical credibility with business development tactics, learning how to navigate complex institutional environments while maintaining scientific integrity. Over time, you will have the opportunity to shape AMBOSS’s long-term UK strategy, potentially influencing product roadmap decisions based on frontline feedback, and positioning yourself as a key liaison between the medical education community and a fast-growing health tech innovator—opening pathways to leadership roles in global health education, medical affairs, or health technology strategy.
