  • • The Patient Care Coordinator-Bilingual Preferred role at Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. is essential for delivering world-class customer service by processing referrals for medical goods and services, ensuring patients receive timely and accurate support during unexpected health events.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching out to patients to confirm demographic information and referral status, communicating with vendor partners, claims adjusters, and nurse case managers, procuring appropriate vendors for requested services, making and taking calls related to referrals, providing quotes for client approval, confirming billing information for compliance, and processing referrals according to state regulations and workers’ compensation guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

  • • High school diploma or GED required
  • • Two (2) years of industry experience in healthcare network and patient care scheduling or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • • Strong customer service skills
  • • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
