📋 Description
- • As a Patient Engagement Associate at Atlas Oncology Partners, you will be the first point of contact for many patients, guiding them through enrollment and supporting their care journey with empathy and professionalism.
- • You will conduct telephonic outreach to patients, families, and caregivers to explain Atlas services, address concerns, and support enrollment into the program, while meeting or exceeding monthly engagement targets.
- • You will collaborate with the local outreach team, leverage reports and dashboards to prioritize outreach, and provide inbound call support for clinic operations, including routing calls and assisting with administrative tasks like referral routing and medical record management.
- • You will join a mission-driven, tight-knit team committed to whole-person cancer care, where your communication skills, organizational abilities, and passion for patient advocacy will directly impact patient outcomes and provider success in a value-based care model.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent required
- • Minimum of one year of healthcare experience in care coordination, community health, patient engagement, customer service, or sales
- • Proven success in a centralized contact center environment with high volume of outbound communication preferred
- • Strong aptitude for documentation; prior experience with a CRM platform is a plus
- • Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
- • Strong trust-building and communication skills; ability to effectively communicate Atlas services and address patient or caregiver concerns
