- • The Patient Engagement Coordinator at DocGo Inc. plays a vital role in ensuring patients remain compliant with remote cardiac monitoring programs, directly impacting patient outcomes and the effectiveness of remote care services.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include accessing multiple cardiac device monitoring systems (Merlin.net, CareLink, Biotronik, Latitude) to assess patient compliance, contacting non-compliant patients via telephone to identify barriers, collaborating with patients and care teams to resolve issues, troubleshooting monitoring systems, documenting all activities, providing patient education, and reporting compliance data to partners.
- • The role is part of Cardiac RMS by DocGo, an award-winning, Medicare-approved Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF) specializing in remote cardiac implanted electronic device (CIED) monitoring and virtual care management services, leveraging cloud-based platforms to connect patients, providers, and care teams.
- • The coordinator will develop deep expertise in cardiac device technology, HIPAA-compliant patient communication, remote monitoring workflows, and cross-functional collaboration within a growing digital health organization, gaining valuable experience in patient engagement and clinical operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Must be able to learn the transmitter hardware systems associated with Medtronic, Abbott, Boston Scientific and Biotronik
- • Strong patient education skills
