- • The Patient Onboarding Associate is the first point of contact for new and existing patients, playing a critical role in ensuring seamless access to physical therapy services through Luna’s tech-enabled platform.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments with licensed physical therapists across Luna’s network, and providing clear, compassionate communication to support patient onboarding and satisfaction.
- • Luna Physical Therapy is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company operating in 28 states with 25+ nationwide partners, dedicated to removing barriers to care and improving the physical therapy experience for patients and providers through innovative, evidence-based solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop strong customer service, communication, and healthcare coordination skills while contributing directly to Luna’s mission of making quality physical therapy accessible to anyone, anywhere.

- • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with patients and providers
- • Ability to manage incoming calls efficiently and schedule appointments accurately in a fast-paced environment
- • Proficiency with basic computer systems and willingness to learn Luna’s internal platforms and tools
- • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of patient data accuracy and confidentiality
- • Availability to work part-time hours as required for this remote position
- • Residency in one of the approved U.S. states: AR, KY, MS, SC, Norfolk VA, Virginia Beach VA, WV, AL, FL, GA, ID, MI, MO, IN, NJ, OH, TX (except Houston), TN, WI
