📋 Description

• • The Patient Scheduler is responsible for managing appointment scheduling activities for partner clinics and provider groups, including new patient consults, follow-up visits, and rescheduled appointments, playing a critical role in ensuring efficient patient access to care and supporting the company’s mission to improve healthcare delivery through AI-powered workflow automation.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and tracking patient scheduling, handling 500–600 inbound and outbound calls per week, answering patient questions about treatment options, reviewing EHR systems and provider notes, documenting pertinent information, communicating appointment details clearly, following clinic-specific workflows and escalation procedures, maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation, and supporting additional administrative duties as assigned.
