📋 Description

  • • As a Payment Business Development Manager for Europe, you will drive the expansion of Xsolla’s payment solutions across the European market by identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships with key players in the fintech and gaming ecosystems.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with payment providers, banks, and regulatory bodies; analyzing market trends and competitor activity; developing go-to-market strategies tailored to European regions; and collaborating cross-functionally with product, legal, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
  • • You will join a fast-paced, highly collaborative Payments team within Xsolla, a global commerce company headquartered in Los Angeles that empowers over 1,500+ game developers worldwide with tools to fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games, operating as the merchant of record in the video game industry.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in European fintech regulations, refine your strategic partnership negotiation skills, and gain end-to-end ownership of payment solution launches — positioning you as a key driver of Xsolla’s growth in one of its most strategic markets.
