📋 Description

• • As a Payment Operations Analyst, you will ensure the operational health and optimized performance of the Payments business by blending technical data expertise with strong business acumen to generate actionable insights for leadership.
• • Day to day, you will establish and monitor KPIs, build and maintain dashboards in Databricks and Power BI/Domo, ensure data integrity and replication, conduct financial and profitability analyses, develop pricing tools, respond to cross-functional data requests, and create documentation to support a data-driven culture.
• • You will join Modernizing Medicine (ModMed), an award-winning healthcare technology company founded by physicians and tech entrepreneurs, serving over 4,500 employees globally with a mission to improve patient outcomes through AI-enabled, specialty-specific cloud platforms.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Databricks, SQL, and data visualization while developing strategic business partnership skills, enabling you to drive growth and efficiency in the Payments function through insight generation and operational excellence.
