- • As a Payment Operations Specialist at Zip, you will play a key role in providing customer support to ensure clients can pay and resolve any issues during their payment journey, from onboarding to ongoing support, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- • You will support customers using Zendesk by communicating, troubleshooting, and resolving payment issues, answer and prioritize customer contact queues within SLAs, and partner with payment provider and internal teams to resolve payment-related problems while keeping stakeholders updated.
- • You will join a fast-growing, innovative team at Zip — an AI-powered enterprise procurement platform trusted by industry leaders like T-Mobile, OpenAI, and AMD — where you’ll collaborate with product leaders from Apple, Airbnb, and Meta, and former procurement leaders from United Health, Sanofi, and NASA.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in payment operations, process design, and cross-functional collaboration, gaining hands-on experience in scaling support systems, documenting workflows, and contributing to automation initiatives that enable team growth and innovation.
