📋 Description

• • As Payments & Privacy Counsel at Rain Technologies, you will serve as a trusted legal advisor ensuring products, licenses, and partnerships comply with U.S. and EU payments regulations, directly enabling the company’s mission to make next-generation payments possible globally.
• • You will advise on money transmission laws, banking regulations, PSD2/PSD3, e-money licensing, card network rules, and virtual asset frameworks; draft cardholder agreements and commercial contracts; partner with Compliance and Licensing on MTL applications; provide guidance on GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and cross-border data transfers; manage outside counsel; and assist with regulatory responses and audits.
