• • As a Payroll Accountant at KissMyApps SAS, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payroll for our diverse and rapidly growing global workforce. This pivotal role is at the heart of our financial operations, directly impacting employee satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for transparency and reliability. You will be the go-to expert for all payroll-related matters, from day-to-day processing to complex reconciliations and statutory reporting.
• • Your core responsibility will be the full-cycle payroll processing, encompassing both employees and contractors. This involves meticulous preparation of payroll registers, detailing every aspect of compensation, deductions, and contributions. You will ensure that all payroll-related payments are executed punctually, adhering to strict deadlines and company policies.
• • A critical component of this role is the monthly reconciliation of all payroll-related accounts. This includes salaries, accounts payable, tax liabilities, and accruals, ensuring that our financial records are consistently accurate and balanced. You will be expected to identify and resolve any discrepancies promptly, maintaining the integrity of our financial data.
• • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and Operations departments to manage all payroll-related changes, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and leave entitlements. This cross-functional coordination ensures that payroll data is always up-to-date and reflects the current status of our workforce.
• • You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive payroll reports for management and internal stakeholders, providing clear insights into payroll costs, trends, and compliance status. This data will be crucial for strategic decision-making and financial planning.
• • Maintaining and controlling payroll documentation is essential for compliance and audit readiness. You will ensure that all records are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
• • You will provide crucial support during payroll-related audits and tax inspections, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring all necessary information is provided accurately and efficiently.
• • A significant part of your role will involve the preparation and submission of payroll tax reports in strict accordance with Ukrainian legislation. This requires a deep understanding of tax regulations and a commitment to timely and accurate filings.
