- • Ping Identity Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and compliant processing of payroll across multiple international jurisdictions. This is a critical role within our global finance and operations function, responsible for the end-to-end payroll lifecycle in a high-volume, fast-paced technology environment. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our payroll systems and processes, ensuring that our employees across EMEA and APAC are paid accurately and on time, while adhering to all relevant statutory regulations.
- • You will take ownership of the complete payroll processing cycle, from data input and validation through to final calculations, statutory deductions, benefits administration, and year-end procedures. This involves meticulous attention to detail in reviewing and auditing employee data changes, reconciling payroll outputs, identifying any variances, and proactively resolving discrepancies to guarantee 100% accuracy. Your expertise will be crucial in managing off-cycle payments and final settlements, ensuring all employee compensation is handled with precision and care.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves close collaboration with our third-party payroll providers. You will act as the primary liaison, managing these relationships to ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll services across diverse geographical regions. This partnership requires strong communication and vendor management skills to uphold service level agreements and address any issues that may arise.
- • To ensure seamless operations and robust controls, you will partner extensively with various internal departments, including People (HR), Benefits, Accounting, and Operations teams. This cross-functional collaboration is essential for maintaining alignment on payroll processes, implementing and adhering to company policies, and ensuring that all payroll-related activities are integrated effectively with broader business functions.
- • Staying ahead of regulatory changes is paramount. You will be responsible for monitoring and interpreting evolving local labor legislation across EMEA and APAC jurisdictions. This proactive approach ensures that Ping Identity remains compliant with all statutory requirements, mitigating risks and maintaining our reputation as a responsible employer.
- • Providing exceptional support to our employees is a key responsibility. You will serve as a point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, addressing questions concerning pay, deductions, and payroll processes with professionalism and efficiency. Your ability to explain complex payroll information clearly and concisely will be highly valued.
- • Furthermore, you will play a vital role in supporting both internal and external audits. This includes compiling and validating comprehensive payroll documentation and reports, ensuring that all necessary information is readily available and accurate for audit purposes. Your contribution will help maintain the transparency and integrity of our financial reporting.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing global technology company, where your work directly impacts employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will be part of a culture that champions individuality and fosters a collaborative, flexible work environment. The remote nature of this position, based anywhere in the UK, provides an excellent work-life balance.
