This position is designed to provide a robust foundation for a thriving career in payroll operations, offering hands-on experience within a fast-paced, innovative, and globally distributed company.
  • • As a Payroll Associate, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the meticulous processing of payroll data for our diverse employee base. This involves accurately inputting and managing employee information, ensuring that all details related to salaries, working hours, deductions, and benefits are up-to-date and correct. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our employee records, acting as a guardian of accurate payroll information.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to verify and reconcile employee data, a critical step in preventing errors and ensuring that all payroll calculations are precise. This includes cross-referencing information to confirm that salaries, hours worked, and any applicable deductions or additions are accurately reflected. Your diligence in this area will directly contribute to the smooth functioning of our payroll system and the satisfaction of our employees.

This interaction will hone your problem-solving skills and deepen your understanding of payroll processes from an employee's perspective.
  • • A significant part of your contribution will be to help maintain strict compliance with all relevant payroll laws and regulations. You will learn about the importance of adhering to legal requirements in different jurisdictions, ensuring that Deel operates with the highest standards of integrity and compliance. This exposure to regulatory frameworks is invaluable for career development in the payroll field.

As the fastest-growing SaaS company in history, we are breaking down geographical barriers and creating a more inclusive global economy. Your work as a Payroll Associate will directly support this vision by ensuring that our global team members are paid accurately and on time, enabling them to focus on their contributions.
  • • You will be part of a dynamic, globally distributed team of over 7,000 individuals spanning more than 100 countries. This unique environment fosters continuous learning and innovation, offering unparalleled opportunities to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and cultures. You'll gain insights into international payroll practices and the challenges of managing a global workforce.
  • • The experience you gain at Deel will be a career accelerator. You will be at the forefront of the global work revolution, tackling complex challenges that impact millions of people's working lives. With our impressive momentum, backed by a significant valuation and substantial Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), you will drive meaningful impact while building expertise that positions you as a sought-after leader in the evolving world of work.
  • • This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within a company that values its employees and is committed to their development. You will work with cutting-edge technology and processes, contributing to a platform that is redefining how businesses operate globally. Your contributions will be recognized and valued as you help us scale smarter, faster, and more compliantly.
  • • We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, possess a keen eye for detail, and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
