  • • Join Deel, a revolutionary force in the global payroll and HR landscape, as a Payroll Associate and become an integral part of our mission to unlock global opportunity for every person, team, and business. In this entry-level role, you will be at the heart of our day-to-day payroll operations, contributing directly to the seamless and compliant payment of our diverse global workforce. This is a unique opportunity to build a robust foundation in payroll processing and compliance within a hyper-growth SaaS company that is fundamentally reshaping the future of work.
  • • As a Payroll Associate, your primary responsibility will be to support the accurate and timely processing of payroll data. This involves meticulous data entry, ensuring that all employee information, including salaries, hours worked, and any applicable deductions, is recorded with the utmost precision. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our employee records, acting as a gatekeeper for critical payroll information.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to assist in the verification and reconciliation of employee data. This requires a keen eye for detail to identify and resolve any discrepancies, ensuring that all payroll inputs are accurate before processing. You will work closely with senior team members to understand and implement reconciliation procedures, contributing to the overall accuracy and reliability of our payroll system.
  • • You will gain hands-on experience in assisting with payroll tax calculations and filings. While this is a support function, it provides invaluable exposure to the complexities of payroll tax compliance across different jurisdictions. You will learn about the importance of adhering to tax regulations and the processes involved in ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • • A significant part of your contribution will be providing essential support to employees regarding their payroll-related questions and concerns. You will be a point of contact for employees seeking clarification on their pay, deductions, or other payroll matters. This requires developing strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of our payroll processes to offer clear and helpful assistance.
  • • You will actively contribute to maintaining compliance with all relevant payroll laws and regulations. This involves staying informed about changes in legislation and ensuring that all payroll activities adhere to these standards. Your diligence in this area will help Deel maintain its reputation for compliance and operational excellence.
  • • This role offers an exceptional learning environment. You will be immersed in the intricacies of global payroll, gaining practical experience with different payroll systems, compliance requirements, and best practices. Deel's commitment to continuous learning means you'll have access to resources and mentorship to accelerate your professional development.
  • • By joining Deel, you become part of a company that is not just a leader in the SaaS industry but also a pioneer in the future of work. We are a globally distributed team of over 7,000 individuals across more than 100 countries, speaking 74 languages. This diversity fuels our dynamic culture, driving innovation and a shared commitment to our customers' success. You will be part of a company that has paid out billions to workers worldwide, provided comprehensive benefits, and is recognized for its rapid growth and customer satisfaction.
  • • Your work as a Payroll Associate will directly impact the financial well-being and confidence of our global workforce. Ensuring accurate and timely payments is fundamental to our mission and to the trust our employees and contractors place in us. You will be a vital link in the chain that connects talent with opportunity, making a tangible difference in people's working lives.
  • • This position is designed for individuals eager to launch or advance their career in payroll operations. You will work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your contributions are valued and your growth is prioritized. Embrace the opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow with one of the fastest-growing companies in history, shaping the future of global employment.
