📋 Description

• The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will lead payroll operations and benefits management within the People & Culture team at CLO Virtual Fashion, ensuring accurate and timely compensation and benefits delivery to support employee engagement and growth.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing domestic payroll processes, administering employee benefits programs, maintaining compliance with local labor regulations, and utilizing HRIS and payroll tools to improve operational efficiency.
• CLO Virtual Fashion is a global leader in digital fashion technology, headquartered in Seoul with 16 offices across 13 countries, providing end-to-end 3D apparel simulation solutions from design to manufacturing and marketing through products like CLO, Marvelous Designer, and Jinny.
• In this role, the specialist will develop expertise in global payroll systems, benefits administration, and HR analytics while contributing to scalable, sustainable HR processes that support the company’s international expansion and innovation-driven culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits administration, preferably in a multinational or tech-driven environment
• Strong knowledge of Korean labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements related to payroll and benefits
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., Workday, SAP, or local Korean systems) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English, with ability to clearly explain compensation and benefits policies to employees
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and process improvement in HR operations
