- • As the Payroll Country Owner for Thailand, you will serve as the key subject matter expert ensuring compliance with local payroll regulations, driving the effectiveness and competitiveness of Strada Cloud Pay (SCP) in the Thai market, and supporting operational delivery when the solution matures.
- • You will monitor legislative changes, collaborate with product and operations teams to update SCP configurations, eliminate manual workarounds, and ensure the system remains compliant, efficient, and aligned with client needs through continuous improvement initiatives.
- • You will partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Operations, and Service Readiness to define requirements, support implementations, train super-users (Floor Walkers), and act as a design authority for client customization requests, ensuring adherence to standardized processes.
- • You will have the opportunity to influence global payroll standards by contributing to the SCP Country Champion Network, shaping best practices, and gaining deep expertise in international payroll operations while advancing your leadership and strategic impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- • Expert knowledge of Thai payroll processes, policies, and regulations
- • 8–12 years of relevant experience administering payroll and HR outsourcing in a corporate environment
