- • As a Payroll Lead at Dandy Technology, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate, compliant, and timely execution of U.S. payroll operations for a rapidly growing company transforming the dental industry through technology.
- • You will process bi-weekly U.S. payroll, manage compensation changes and off-cycle payments, review international contractor updates via Deel, and validate payroll registers prior to approval, all in close partnership with the Payroll Manager.
- • You will audit payroll data for accuracy, resolve discrepancies with HR and Accounting, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, including supporting year-end reporting such as W-2 preparation.
- • You will operate payroll in UKG, generate reports, support month-end close and reconciliations with Accounting, maintain internal controls, and provide responsive support to employees regarding payroll inquiries and corrections.
- • Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will help build scalable payroll processes, partner cross-functionally with People Systems and Accounting, and contribute to the operational excellence of Dandy’s global expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of U.S. payroll experience, including multi-state payroll processing.
- • Strong understanding of payroll compliance, tax withholding, and payroll reporting requirements.
- • Experience processing payroll in systems such as UKG, ADP, Paylocity, or similar platforms.
- • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- • Experience supporting payroll audits, reconciliations, and internal controls.
- • Strong organizational and process management skills.
- • Ability to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Accounting teams.
