- • As a Payroll Operations & Automations Manager at MoonPay, you will play a critical role in streamlining and modernizing global payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability as the company expands.
- • You will own and optimize global payroll processes by identifying inefficiencies, designing standardized workflows, and implementing practical automation to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy across entities and payroll providers.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Payroll Manager, People, Finance, Legal, and Systems teams to support payroll delivery while enabling strategic focus on governance and transformation initiatives such as M&A integrations and new country launches.
- • You will build and maintain operational frameworks including documentation, controls, SLAs, calendars, and performance tracking, while improving payroll data quality, reporting, and visibility to support cross-functional decision-making.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong experience in process building, optimization, and improvement, with the ability to design and test scalable, repeatable payroll workflows
- • Proven experience in payroll operations within a multi-entity or international environment, extending beyond basic payroll execution
- • Experience working with UK and US payroll systems, including familiarity with compliance, statutory requirements, and operational nuances
- • Hands-on experience with global payroll platforms such as Workday, ADP, Deel, or Payassist
- • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation tools to enhance workflows, automate processes, and analyze payroll data
- • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
