- • As a Payroll Specialist at Pebl Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees across the United States, supporting the company’s mission to simplify global employment through its AI-powered Global Work Platform™. This position is essential to maintaining compliance, reducing risk, and enabling seamless scaling for clients in 185+ countries.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include executing payroll for multiple pay frequencies, meeting defined SLAs for ticket resolution and calculation accuracy, validating payroll data across HRIS and payroll systems, processing payroll and invoice data within the global finance platform, supporting audit requirements, partnering cross-functionally to ensure accurate system inputs, and assisting account management teams with payroll and billing inquiries. You will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of state, local, regional, and country-specific payroll regulations, including PEO compliance requirements.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in international payroll operations, gain hands-on experience with global HRIS and ERP platforms like NetSuite and Expensify, strengthen your analytical and problem-solving abilities, and grow your professional confidence in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
