- • As the Client Onboarding Lead, also known as Talent Matching Lead, you will be the critical quality assurance gatekeeper, ensuring that every new client engagement begins with unparalleled clarity, rigorous alignment, and impeccable execution standards. Your primary mission is to uphold an exceptionally high bar for candidate-to-role matching, directly impacting the success of both our clients and the candidates we place.
- • This pivotal role involves leading the comprehensive evaluation and calibration process that determines which candidates progress to the next stages. You will be instrumental in maintaining both speed and quality, ensuring that we move efficiently without ever compromising the excellence our clients expect. Your ability to discern top talent and match them precisely to client needs will be paramount.
- • You will operate in a highly cross-functional capacity, fostering seamless collaboration with our dedicated recruiters, proactive sourcers, and client-facing teams. Your efforts will be focused on driving streamlined workflows, optimizing the candidate journey, and significantly improving submission-to-hire ratios, transforming potential into successful placements.
- • This position is tailor-made for an individual with a robust background in recruiting coordination, client onboarding, or talent operations. If you thrive in structured, fast-paced environments, possess a keen eye for detail, and take immense pride in owning measurable outcomes, this role offers the perfect platform to leverage your expertise.
- • Your direct influence will be felt across key performance indicators, including a reduction in time-to-hire, an enhancement in the quality of candidate submissions, and a boost in overall client satisfaction. By rigorously enforcing strict evaluation standards and ensuring precise recruiter calibration, you will directly contribute to higher submission-to-hire ratios and minimize wasted recruitment cycles.
- • Your work will be essential in streamlining the critical onboarding transitions from our sales team to our recruiting operations. You will eliminate ambiguity surrounding job requirements, ensuring that all stakeholders have a crystal-clear understanding of what constitutes a perfect candidate. Furthermore, you will cultivate tighter, more effective feedback loops between all involved teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and shared success.
- • Ultimately, your dedication to quality and precision will strengthen long-term client relationships. By ensuring that only the highest quality, perfectly aligned candidates are presented, you will build trust and demonstrate Pearl Talent's commitment to delivering exceptional talent solutions.
- • **Candidate-to-Role Matching & Evaluation (45%):** You will conduct in-depth reviews of resumes and candidate profiles, meticulously assessing skill sets, experience levels, and overall alignment with specific role requirements. This involves applying structured quality standards consistently to maintain an exceptionally high bar for all candidate submissions to clients. Ensuring clarity and accuracy in how candidates are positioned and documented is a key aspect of this responsibility.
- • **Shortlist Quality Control (25%):** You will meticulously review all candidate submissions made by recruiters, validating their alignment with job specifications and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate. Your efforts will be crucial in improving submission-to-hire ratios through consistent and effective quality gating. You will be the guardian of Pearl’s stringent candidate quality standards across all open roles, identifying recurring gaps in submissions and proactively recommending corrective actions to recruiters and the wider team.
- • **Recruiter & Sourcer Calibration (20%):** You will establish and maintain structured feedback loops with recruiters and sourcers, providing constructive insights to enhance their performance and alignment. You will lead critical role calibration discussions, ensuring a shared understanding and clear definition of hiring expectations between Pearl Talent and our clients. You will also coach teams on best practices for candidate alignment, effective positioning, and overall quality improvement, ensuring consistency in evaluation frameworks across diverse roles.
- • **Process Improvement & Reporting (10%):** You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing key matching metrics and performance indicators, providing valuable insights into our recruitment effectiveness. Identifying bottlenecks that impact either the speed or quality of our placements will be a core part of your role, leading to recommendations for workflow improvements and system enhancements. Maintaining clean, accessible documentation and ensuring visibility of reporting data are essential for continuous optimization.
