- ⢠As a Senior People Business Partner at Waymo, you will serve as a strategic architect for senior leadership, focusing on 12-24 month business and people strategy horizons to support the companyâs mission of building the worldâs most trusted driver.
- ⢠You will lead strategic architecture by diagnosing organizational health, designing future-state operating models, and driving talent strategy for critical roles, including succession planning and leader readiness.
- ⢠You will act as a proactive thought partner to senior executives, challenging assumptions, anticipating organizational effectiveness gaps, and orchestrating solutions across the People Team ecosystem.
- ⢠You will shift leadership focus from day-to-day operations to building long-term capabilities, mobilizing Centers of Excellence and People Experience Partners to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
- ⢠You will leverage data to tell compelling stories that influence executive decision-making and mitigate risks before they impact the business.
đŻ Requirements
- ⢠10+ years of relevant work experience, including HR, consulting, or business partnership.
- ⢠Demonstrated experience with organizational design and talent strategy in high-growth or complex environments.
- ⢠Proven experience leading complex organizational changes and designing operating models aligned with commercial goals.
- ⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
- ⢠Demonstrated ability to use data to tell compelling stories that influence executive decision-making.
- ⢠Experience coaching senior executives through change management and leadership team dynamics.
- ⢠Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
