- • Join Fundraise Up, a rapidly growing technology company revolutionizing the non-profit fundraising landscape. We are dedicated to creating the most convenient and fastest donation experience, empowering leading organizations like UNICEF, the Obama Foundation, and the Alzheimer's Association to achieve their goals. Our innovative platform enhances loading speeds, boosts conversion rates, and offers diverse payment methods, facilitating tens of millions of dollars in donations globally each month.
- • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Business Partner (PBP) to become an integral part of our dynamic Product organization. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a robust foundation in HR principles, capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment. You will be instrumental in managing day-to-day HR operations, partnering effectively with managers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive people initiatives that align with business objectives.
- • As a PBP for the Product client group, you will be the primary HR point of contact, independently managing core responsibilities within established company policies and best practices. Your role will involve providing expert guidance and support to managers on a wide spectrum of HR matters, including performance management, strategic workforce planning, employee relations, effective coaching techniques, and the successful rollout of new People programs and initiatives.
- • You will play a crucial role in executing key People programs with precision and consistency. This includes overseeing performance review cycles, administering employee engagement surveys, and managing talent development processes. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-through will ensure the smooth and effective implementation of these critical HR functions.

You will use this information to develop well-informed recommendations and provide data-driven support to managers, enabling them to make sound decisions regarding their teams and the broader Product organization.

This cross-functional partnership is essential for a cohesive and impactful HR strategy.
- • You will also be a key contributor to managing organizational and structural changes within the Product team. This involves actively supporting the implementation of management best practices and change management initiatives, ensuring that transitions are handled smoothly and effectively, with a focus on employee experience and business continuity.
- • Decision-making will be a significant aspect of your role. You will be empowered to make sound judgments within established guidelines, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving. For complex, sensitive, or high-risk situations, you will know precisely when and how to escalate issues appropriately to senior leadership or specialized HR functions, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- • This position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can thoughtfully balance the needs of our employees with the strategic priorities of the business. Your ability to navigate complex situations with discretion and professionalism will be highly valued.
- • You will contribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment by championing our company values and promoting best practices in people management. Your insights and actions will directly impact employee engagement, retention, and the overall success of the Product organization.
- • The ideal candidate will be proactive in their professional development, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance their PBP skills through learning, feedback, and self-improvement. Sharing best practices and contributing positively to the team culture will be integral to your success and the team's collective growth.
- • This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a mission-driven company at the forefront of technological innovation in the non-profit sector. You will have the autonomy to shape and execute HR strategies that directly support the growth and success of our Product teams.
