  • • Join Fundraise Up as a pivotal People Business Partner, dedicated to empowering our dynamic Product organization. In this crucial remote role, based in Spain, you will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience and driving organizational success within a high-growth, fast-paced technology environment. We are seeking an experienced, self-sufficient individual contributor with a robust foundation in HR principles, capable of independently managing daily operations and forging strong partnerships with managers and cross-functional teams. Your approach will be hands-on, meticulously detail-oriented, and strategically balanced to champion employee needs while aligning with overarching business objectives.
  • • As a People Business Partner for the Product client group, you will own a comprehensive range of core responsibilities. This includes independently managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring adherence to established policies and best practices. You will serve as a trusted advisor to managers, providing expert guidance on critical areas such as performance management, strategic workforce planning, navigating employee relations, delivering effective coaching, and successfully rolling out new People initiatives across the organization.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve the meticulous execution of essential People programs. This encompasses managing performance cycles with fairness and transparency, facilitating employee engagement surveys to gather valuable feedback, and overseeing talent processes with unwavering consistency, accuracy, and diligent follow-through. Your commitment to operational excellence will ensure these programs are impactful and well-received.
  • • You will leverage data analytics, identify emerging trends, and gather insights from stakeholders to inform your recommendations and provide robust support for manager decision-making. By translating data into actionable strategies, you will empower leaders to make informed choices that benefit both individuals and the company.

You will work closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other vital teams to ensure the seamless and effective delivery of People programs and initiatives. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Fluent in English and Russian.
  • • 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a People Business Partner or similar role, preferably within a technology or high-growth environment.
  • • Strong grounding in core HR disciplines including employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and compliance.
  • • Proven ability to produce high-quality, reliable work with strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with managers and employees, set expectations, follow through, and adjust messaging to the audience.
  • • Demonstrated sound judgment, ability to maintain strict confidentiality, and knowledge of when to escalate issues appropriately.
