  • • This position is ideal for a seasoned, self-starting individual contributor who possesses a robust understanding of HR principles and can operate with a high degree of autonomy. You will manage day-to-day HR operations for your client group with confidence, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and a key partner to cross-functional teams. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, possesses meticulous attention to detail, and can artfully balance the needs of our employees with the strategic priorities of the business. Your proactive approach and ability to execute will directly impact the success and well-being of our Product teams.
  • • As a People Business Partner, you will be the primary HR point of contact for a designated group within our Product organization. You will independently manage core PBP responsibilities, operating within established company policies and best practices. Your role will involve providing expert guidance and support to managers on a wide range of critical HR functions. This includes navigating performance management processes, facilitating effective workforce planning, addressing employee relations matters with sensitivity and fairness, offering coaching to develop leadership capabilities, and ensuring the smooth and consistent rollout of new People initiatives across the organization. Your ability to translate HR strategy into actionable plans will be key.
  • • Execution excellence is paramount. You will be responsible for the consistent and accurate execution of key People programs, such as our performance review cycles, employee engagement surveys, and various talent management processes. Strong follow-through and a commitment to quality will ensure these initiatives are impactful and well-received. Leveraging data, identifying trends, and gathering insights from stakeholders will be essential to informing your recommendations and supporting managers in making well-grounded decisions. You will act as a bridge between data and practical application, helping to drive informed people strategies.
  • • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will partner closely with various internal teams, including People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other HR functions, to ensure the seamless and effective delivery of People programs and initiatives. Your ability to build strong working relationships across departments will be crucial. Furthermore, you will play a significant role in supporting organizational and structural changes. This will involve assisting in the implementation of management best practices and change management initiatives within the Product organization, ensuring that transitions are handled smoothly and with minimal disruption.
  • • You will be empowered to make sound decisions within established guidelines, demonstrating good judgment and a clear understanding of when to escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk situations to senior leadership.
