đź“‹ Description

  • • Join Fundraise Up, a rapidly growing technology company revolutionizing the non-profit fundraising landscape, as a People Business Partner (PBP) for our dynamic Product organization. We are dedicated to creating the most convenient and fastest donation experience, empowering leading non-profits like UNICEF and the Obama Foundation to achieve their goals. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, supporting a critical business function.
  • • As a PBP, you will be the primary HR partner for an assigned client group within the Product organization. You will independently manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring alignment with established policies and best practices. Your role will be crucial in fostering a high-performing culture and supporting the strategic objectives of the Product teams.
  • • You will provide expert guidance and support to managers on a wide range of people-related matters. This includes navigating performance management processes, facilitating effective workforce planning, addressing employee relations issues with sensitivity and fairness, offering coaching to develop leadership capabilities, and ensuring the successful rollout of new People initiatives.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be the execution of core People programs. You will be responsible for ensuring the consistent, accurate, and timely delivery of critical processes such as annual performance review cycles, employee engagement surveys, and talent development initiatives. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-through will be essential for the success of these programs.
  • • You will leverage data, identify trends, and gather insights from stakeholders to inform your recommendations and empower managers to make well-informed decisions. This data-driven approach will be vital in shaping our people strategies and driving continuous improvement.
  • • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with various internal teams, including People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other HR functions, to ensure seamless and effective delivery of People programs and initiatives across the organization.
  • • You will play an active role in supporting organizational and structural changes within the Product organization. This involves assisting in the implementation of management best practices and change management initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption for employees.
  • • You will be empowered to make sound decisions within established guidelines, demonstrating good judgment and a proactive approach. For complex, sensitive, or high-risk situations, you will know when and how to escalate appropriately, ensuring issues are resolved effectively and risks are mitigated.
  • • This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can thoughtfully balance the needs of our people with the strategic priorities of the business. You will be instrumental in cultivating an environment where employees can thrive and contribute to our collective success.
  • • You will be a trusted advisor to your client group, building strong relationships based on responsiveness, consistency, and fairness. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively, setting expectations and adapting your messaging to different audiences, will be paramount.
  • • We are looking for someone who is proactive in their professional development, continuously seeking to enhance their PBP skills through learning, feedback, and self-improvement. You will be encouraged to share best practices and contribute positively to our collaborative team culture.
  • • Ultimately, you will contribute to shaping the employee experience and driving the success of our Product organization by embedding HR best practices and supporting our talented team members.
  • • This is a remote position based in Poland, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a global team. You will be an integral part of a company that is making a real difference in the world of non-profit fundraising.
