- • Join Fundraise Up as a People Business Partner (PBP) for our dynamic Product organization, a critical role within our rapidly expanding technology company.
- • This position is designed for a seasoned individual contributor who possesses a robust understanding of HR principles and can operate with a high degree of autonomy.
- • You will be instrumental in managing day-to-day HR operations, partnering effectively with Product managers, and collaborating with various cross-functional teams to ensure seamless people operations.
- • The ideal candidate is hands-on, meticulously detail-oriented, and adept at balancing the needs of our employees with the strategic priorities of the business.
- • You will be the primary HR point of contact for an assigned group within the Product organization, taking ownership of core PBP responsibilities and executing them independently within established company policies and best practices.
- • Provide expert guidance and support to managers on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management strategies, proactive workforce planning, navigating complex employee relations issues, delivering effective coaching, and successfully rolling out new People initiatives.
- • Play a key role in the execution of essential People programs, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and thorough follow-through on processes such as annual performance review cycles, employee engagement surveys, and talent development programs.
- • Leverage data analytics, identify emerging trends, and gather insights from stakeholders to inform strategic recommendations and empower managers to make well-informed decisions regarding their teams.
- • Foster strong partnerships with internal teams, including People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other departments, to ensure the effective and integrated delivery of all People programs and initiatives across the organization.
- • Support significant organizational and structural changes by assisting in the implementation of management best practices and change management initiatives specifically within the Product organization, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
- • Demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making, operating within defined guidelines and knowing precisely when and how to escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk situations to the appropriate leadership.
- • You will be a trusted advisor, building strong relationships based on responsiveness, consistency, and a commitment to fairness, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR practices by proactively developing your PBP skills through ongoing learning, seeking and incorporating feedback, and engaging in self-improvement activities.
- • Share best practices and insights with the broader People team, contributing positively to our team culture and collective knowledge base.
- • This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential issues and opportunities within the Product organization and developing creative solutions that align with our company's values and business objectives.
- • You will be involved in talent management processes, including identifying high-potential employees, supporting career development paths, and contributing to succession planning efforts.
- • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, acting as a knowledgeable resource for managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- • Facilitate effective communication channels between leadership and employees, ensuring transparency and understanding of company goals and HR-related matters.

🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent in English and Russian.
- • 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a People Business Partner or similar role, preferably within a technology or high-growth environment.
- • Strong grounding in core HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and compliance.
- • Produces high-quality, reliable work with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- • Communicates clearly and effectively with managers and employees; sets expectations, follows through, and adjusts messaging to the audience.
- • Demonstrates sound judgment, maintains strict confidentiality, and knows when to escalate.
- • Builds trust quickly through responsiveness, consistency, and fairness.
- • Comfortable using data and trends to inform basic recommendations and support People decisions.
- • Collaborative and business-minded, balancing employee experience with organizational needs.
