  • • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Business Partner (PBP) to become an integral part of our dynamic Product organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned individual contributor who possesses a robust understanding of HR principles and can operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment. You will be empowered to manage routine HR operations with confidence, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and collaborating effectively with various cross-functional teams.
  • • As a PBP for the Product client group, you will be responsible for owning and executing core People Business Partner functions. This includes independently managing day-to-day HR activities, ensuring alignment with established company policies and best practices. Your primary focus will be on supporting the Product teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
  • • You will provide essential guidance and support to managers across a spectrum of HR disciplines. This includes advising on performance management strategies, facilitating effective workforce planning, navigating employee relations matters with sensitivity and fairness, offering coaching to enhance leadership capabilities, and ensuring the smooth and consistent rollout of new People initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in empowering our leaders to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves the meticulous execution of critical People programs. You will be responsible for ensuring the consistent, accurate, and timely implementation of processes such as performance review cycles, employee engagement surveys, and talent development initiatives. Your strong follow-through and attention to detail will be paramount in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of these programs.
  • • Leveraging data and insights will be central to your approach. You will be expected to analyze HR data, identify key trends, and gather feedback from stakeholders to inform your recommendations. This data-driven approach will empower managers to make informed decisions that align with both people needs and business objectives.
  • • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will partner closely with various internal teams, including People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other HR functions. This cross-functional collaboration will ensure the seamless delivery of People programs and initiatives, creating a unified and supportive employee experience.
  • • You will play a vital role in supporting organizational and structural changes within the Product organization. This involves assisting in the implementation of management best practices and change management initiatives, ensuring that transitions are handled smoothly and effectively, with minimal disruption to productivity and morale.
  • • While operating with autonomy, you will also be expected to exercise sound judgment. You will make decisions within established guidelines and know when to escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk situations to senior leadership, ensuring appropriate handling and resolution.
