  • • As a People Coordinator for the EMEA region at Applied Intuition, you will play a vital role in supporting the company’s rapidly growing workforce across Europe, ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to a strong, inclusive culture.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include administering employee benefits across multiple EMEA countries, managing employment contracts and HR documents in Workday, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • • You will join a dynamic, global People team at a fast-growing technology company valued at $15 billion, with offices in Munich and across EMEA, where innovation and operational excellence are central to the mission of bringing intelligence to every moving machine.

  • • 2–3 years of professional experience in an HR, People, operations, or administrative role
  • • Hands-on experience with Workday, including navigating the system and maintaining accurate employee data
  • • Native-level German and fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • • Outstanding attention to detail, particularly in managing documents, contracts, and HR records
  • • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
