People Culture Manager

📋 Description

• • As People & Culture Manager at Partyhat Inc., you will build and protect the most important part of the company—our team—by serving as a strategic operator for a global, remote workforce operating 24/7.
• • You will manage the entire employee lifecycle, including designing seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions, coordinating payroll (including digital asset-based payments), implementing performance management systems, and acting as the primary point of contact for team health and internal communication.
• • You will join a high-intensity, fully remote startup in the Web3 space that values potential over pedigree and relies on HR as a core driver of growth, not a back-office function.
• • In this role, you will have the autonomy to build the HR department from scratch, gain deep experience in frontier HR practices involving Web3 compensation and global remote work, and directly impact company success by maintaining a high-performance, connected, and motivated culture.
