  • • Own the full lifecycle of Redox’s performance management program—from annual goal-setting and quarterly check-ins to calibration sessions and succession planning—ensuring every manager and employee experiences a consistent, transparent, and growth-oriented process that ties directly to our mission of accelerating healthcare’s transformation.
  • • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, triaging concerns with empathy and discretion, conducting preliminary fact-finding, drafting performance improvement plans, and escalating complex investigations to senior leadership while maintaining airtight confidentiality and compliance.
  • • Curate and continuously refresh our internal knowledge base in Confluence, translating policy updates, process changes, and best-practice guides into concise, searchable articles that empower a 100 % remote workforce across 30 + states to self-serve answers in minutes, not hours.
  • • Partner with People Operations and Talent Acquisition to design and deliver a frictionless onboarding and offboarding journey—coordinating pre-start paperwork, first-day swag, 30-60-90 checklists, exit interviews, and knowledge transfers—so every new hire feels welcomed and every departing employee leaves as an ambassador.
  • • Mine Culture Amp engagement survey data and exit-interview feedback to surface trends in retention, inclusion, and manager effectiveness, then translate findings into actionable recommendations that influence executive decisions and quarterly OKRs.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, and Finance to audit and update employee handbooks, state-specific policies, and SOX documentation, ensuring Redox remains ahead of evolving multi-state labor laws and healthcare data-privacy regulations.
  • • Act as the air-traffic controller for ad-hoc People team requests—whether it’s drafting a parental-leave communication, coordinating a leadership offsite, or rolling out a new Slack workflow—balancing urgency and impact while keeping stakeholders informed and deadlines met.
  • • Champion change-management best practices during reorganizations, product launches, and M&A integrations, creating communication plans, training materials, and pulse surveys that keep morale high and productivity steady.
  • • Experiment with new tools and automation (Zapier, Slack bots, HRIS integrations) to reduce manual tasks, improve data accuracy, and give leaders real-time visibility into headcount, performance, and engagement metrics.
  • • Mentor junior team members and interns, sharing your expertise in project management, stakeholder communication, and data storytelling to build a resilient, future-ready People Development function.
  • • Represent the People team at weekly leadership meetings, presenting dashboards and narratives that connect people programs to customer outcomes—because when our 400 + Redoxers thrive, the 11,000 healthcare systems relying on our platform thrive too.
