📋 Description
- • Serve as a consultative partner to regional leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, team effectiveness, and career development within the APAC region.
- • Execute end-to-end People lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, job data changes, and employment verifications with precision and timeliness.
- • Partner with cross-functional leaders to address performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies tailored to local contexts.
- • Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations and involuntary terminations, while coordinating closely with internal Legal counsel to ensure compliance.
- • Support organizational redesigns and reductions in force (RIFs), ensuring all actions are documented, compliant, and communicated effectively.
- • Analyze workforce and HRIS data to uncover trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- • Lead or contribute to cross-functional People projects and global initiatives designed to enhance organizational culture and employee experience across APAC.
- • Maintain 100% data accuracy across HR platforms such as ADP, ensuring all employee records are current, complete, and audit-ready.
- • Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries through the case/ticketing system, owning resolution from initiation to closure within established SLAs.
- • Administer cyclical HR processes including audits, engagement surveys, merit increase cycles, and bonus administration with meticulous attention to detail.
- • Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws and data privacy regulations in all HR operations across APAC jurisdictions.
- • Escalate specialized issues to appropriate teams including Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Legal, or Talent Acquisition as needed.
- • Monitor and verify eligibility-to-work documentation and other legal compliance requirements for employees across multiple countries.
- • Conduct peer reviews of all lifecycle transactions and provide backup support to maintain service continuity during team absences.
- • Champion a high-standard employee experience by consistently demonstrating responsiveness, discretion, and service orientation in all interactions.
- • Support performance management processes including documentation, coordination of corrective actions, and implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- • Collaborate with global HR teams to align regional practices with global standards while adapting to local cultural and legal norms.
- • Ensure all HR documentation is accurate, secure, and compliant with international data protection regulations.
- • Proactively identify gaps in People processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance employee satisfaction.
- • Maintain strong working relationships with regional managers to build trust and provide timely, confidential HR counsel.
- • Participate in global People team meetings and initiatives to share regional insights and align on company-wide priorities.
