  • • Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing the HR inbox, acting as the first point of contact for a wide range of employee inquiries. You will be responsible for responding promptly, accurately, and empathetically to all questions, ensuring that employees feel heard and supported. For more complex or sensitive issues, you will expertly triage and escalate requests to the appropriate People Operations Specialist or Sr. Manager, ensuring timely resolution. A key aspect of this role involves proactively identifying trends in employee questions and feedback, using this data to enhance our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), develop comprehensive guides, and improve overall employee resources, thereby empowering employees with the information they need.
  • • Onboarding and offboarding are critical functions where you will play a pivotal role. You will meticulously coordinate background checks, manage the collection and processing of new hire paperwork, and ensure all necessary system access is provisioned for incoming employees. Your role extends to scheduling essential first-day activities and maintaining clear, consistent communication with both new hires and their respective managers, setting the stage for a successful start. Equally important is your involvement in the offboarding process. You will prepare all necessary documentation, including termination letters and job abandonment notices, and ensure all exit procedures are handled with professionalism and compliance. Your efforts will guarantee a smooth, consistent, and legally compliant onboarding and offboarding experience for every team member, reflecting our commitment to valuing our people at every stage of their employment.
  • • Administrative and compliance support are fundamental to this position. You will be entrusted with maintaining the accuracy and completeness of employee files, both physical and digital, within our HRIS platform, UKG Ready. This involves meticulous data entry, regular audits, and ensuring all records are up-to-date. You will also contribute to vital compliance activities, such as ensuring required postings are displayed and assisting with various HR reporting requirements. Furthermore, you will play a key role in updating our HR process manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other internal documentation, ensuring our internal knowledge base is current and accessible.
  • • In the realm of HR communications, you will be instrumental in drafting clear, concise, and timely communications to employees regarding various HR initiatives, policy updates, and important announcements. You will also support managers by creating practical, easy-to-understand quick-reference guides and resources that empower them to better support their teams. Embracing modern tools, you will leverage AI capabilities to streamline the drafting of communications, organize data more efficiently, and identify opportunities to enhance overall workflow organization, making our People Operations function more agile and effective. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 1-2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a closely related administrative field (internships are considered valuable experience).
  • • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with spreadsheets, perform lookups, and utilize pivot tables for data analysis.
  • • Demonstrated comfort and willingness to leverage AI tools for tasks such as drafting communications, organizing data, and improving workflow efficiency.
  • • Prior experience with HRIS platforms; familiarity with UKG Ready is a strong advantage.
  • • Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • • A strong customer-service mindset, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with employees at all levels.
  • • The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while consistently maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with coursework or certification in Human Resources considered a plus.
