Your responsibilities will extend to supporting our global team and engaging with candidates and employees located worldwide, contributing to a cohesive and productive organizational culture.

- • As our People Operations Coordinator, you will be entrusted with significant ownership:
- • **Office Support:** You will be key in making our newly established HQ a welcoming, organized, and functional space for our team. This includes tasks such as setting up workstations for new hires, ensuring shared spaces are consistently stocked and maintained, and contributing to an overall environment that enables our team to perform at their best.
- • **Recruiting Coordination:** We place a high value on delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will be responsible for coordinating interview schedules, managing both virtual and in-person interviews, maintaining clear and timely communication with candidates, and providing essential support to our Talent team in managing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensuring the smooth progression of the hiring process.
- • **New Hire Onboarding:** You will play a vital role in welcoming new team members by coordinating pre-boarding communications and ensuring that new hires are fully equipped with the necessary tools, system access, and a clear understanding of how Stellic operates. As you grow in the role, you will contribute to the continuous enhancement of our onboarding program.
- • **Project Support:** You will have the opportunity to support a variety of strategic projects throughout the year, offering broad exposure to diverse aspects of People Operations. This will enable you to contribute to the team's ongoing efforts to refine and improve how we support all Stellic employees.
- • To excel in this role, you should possess a foundational understanding of People Operations, HR, or administrative functions, ideally gained through 1+ years of experience. A Bachelor's degree is required, alongside exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to follow through on commitments. You must demonstrate clear, thoughtful, and effective communication across all channels, including in-person, phone, and written correspondence. The capacity to manage multiple competing priorities, maintain flexibility, and consistently meet deadlines within a fast-paced and dynamic environment is essential.
