- • This is a pivotal, highly operational, and impactful role designed to ensure the seamless and efficient functioning of our people operations. You will be instrumental in refining and executing day-to-day people operations, providing robust support for hiring processes, and significantly reducing the operational burden on the People & Talent teams through the implementation of enhanced processes, systems, and automation. Your contributions will be critical in positioning People & Culture as a key enabler of company growth, rather than a potential bottleneck. You will collaborate closely with People, Talent, and various cross-functional teams, serving as the primary point of contact for operational execution within the team. This hybrid role requires approximately three days per week at our office in Canary Wharf, London, fostering a strong sense of community and facilitating essential in-person collaboration.
- • *Key Responsibilities and Impact:**
- • **End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management:** You will own and meticulously execute all aspects of people operations across the entire employee lifecycle. This includes managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from offer acceptance to their first day and beyond. You will also handle all administrative aspects of role changes, promotions, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in all relevant systems. Furthermore, you will manage the offboarding process with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed and the employee experience remains positive even during departure.
- • **Hiring Execution and Support:** You will be a cornerstone of our talent acquisition efforts, providing comprehensive support to the Talent team. This involves expertly coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications with clarity and promptness, and maintaining the integrity and hygiene of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Your efforts will directly contribute to a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring workflows.
- • **Talent Team Enablement:** A significant part of your role will be to empower the Talent team by proactively identifying and eliminating operational friction points. You will continuously seek opportunities to improve hiring workflows, implement best practices, and leverage technology to streamline processes, allowing the Talent team to focus on strategic recruitment initiatives.
- • **Data Integrity and System Management:** You will be the guardian of our people data, ensuring that information across our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ATS, and other documentation platforms is clean, accurate, and consistently up-to-date. This involves regular audits, data validation, and implementing processes to maintain high data quality, which is essential for informed decision-making and compliance.
- • **Process Optimization and Automation:** You will take ownership of reducing manual administrative tasks by actively identifying opportunities for workflow improvement. This includes designing, building, and implementing automated solutions and leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy across various people operations functions.
- • **Equipment Logistics and Access Management:** You will manage the end-to-end logistics for employee working equipment, including the procurement, setup, and distribution of laptops and other necessary hardware for new and existing employees. This also extends to managing system access permissions, ensuring employees have the tools and access they need to perform their roles effectively and securely.
- • **Process Standardization and Clarity:** As Fanvue continues its rapid scaling, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining consistency and clarity across all People processes. This involves documenting procedures, developing standard operating guidelines, and ensuring that all people-related operations are scalable, repeatable, and easily understood by all stakeholders.
- • **Cross-functional Collaboration:** You will work collaboratively with the People & Culture team, the Talent Acquisition team, and various other departments across the business. Building strong working relationships and understanding the needs of different teams will be key to your success in this role.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2 to 4 years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or People Administration roles.
- • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a strong preference for structured processes.
- • Proficiency and comfort working across various HR systems, tools, and documentation platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, project management tools).
- • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and trustworthiness.
- • Proactive, reliable, and capable of independently managing tasks and following through to completion.
- • A genuine curiosity and drive to improve processes and leverage technology, including automation and AI, for operational efficiency.
