People Operations Manager

📋 Description

• • As a People Operations Manager at LemFi, you will be the driving force behind a seamless employee experience across global locations, building people processes from scratch and leveraging automation to ensure operations scale efficiently as the business grows.
• • You will lead day-to-day people operations across global locations, drive process and policy improvements by identifying manual bottlenecks and implementing automated solutions, manage employee relations cases end-to-end, maintain and evolve content for an AI-powered people bot, partner with the Global Payroll Manager for accuracy and compliance, coach first-line managers in performance management and conflict resolution, ensure local compliance with employment law across regions, oversee performance process execution, and run company onboarding sessions while acting as local owner for office experience where applicable.
• • You will join a fast-growing, mission-driven fintech company (LemFi, Series B) with over 400 employees across 20+ countries, building a financial ecosystem for the Global South that enables immigrants to stay connected, build stability, and create wealth through multi-currency accounts, payments, credit, and long-term financial growth, processing over $1B in monthly transactions to 30+ countries.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in global HR operations, automation of HR processes, international employment law compliance, AI-powered HR tools, employee relations management, and scalable people processes in a high-growth tech environment, while contributing to a mission that puts money back in families’ pockets and expands financial access to the underserved.
