• • As People Operations Manager for Heidi Health in the Philippines, you will own and run end-to-end People Operations within the Philippines, ensuring our people processes, policies, and systems scale smoothly as Heidi grows, playing a critical role in supporting the company’s mission to double healthcare’s capacity while keeping care deeply human.
• • Day to day, you will manage core People Ops functions including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and people data accuracy across the Philippines region; own and continuously improve People systems and tools (e.g. HRIS, people platforms); apply in-depth knowledge of Philippine labour laws and legislation; partner with leads to help their teams grow through role design, pathways, feedback mechanisms, and growth conversations; collaborate cross-functionally with IT, People Tech, Finance, and Legal; act as a trusted point of contact for employees; work autonomously to manage multiple priorities; and proactively identify opportunities to improve how we work.
