• • As a People Operations Partner at Expressable, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s HR infrastructure during a critical transition phase, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience across a fully remote workforce.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading the end-to-end PEO exit, managing payroll integration and benefits enrollment, administering FMLA and ADA processes, overseeing benefits administration, maintaining audit-ready employee records, and serving as a trusted advisor to managers on people policies and processes.
• • Expressable is a fast-growing, fully remote virtual speech therapy provider dedicated to expanding access to high-quality care through innovative technology and parent-focused intervention, serving thousands of clients since 2019 with a mission to empower caregivers and improve communication outcomes.
• • In this role, you will build scalable HR systems from the ground up, gain deep expertise in multi-state compliance and leave administration, influence organizational effectiveness through data-driven insights, and develop leadership in HR operations while contributing to a mission-driven culture that values equity, transparency, and employee well-being.
