  • • As a People Operations Specialist at Bjakcareer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the seamless and efficient execution of all core HR operations that touch our most valuable asset: our people.   • • Your primary responsibility will be the meticulous preparation and management of all essential HR documentation. This includes, but is not limited to, generating employment offer letters, confirmation letters, contract extensions, transfer documents, and other vital HR records. Ensuring these documents are accurate, compliant, and delivered in a timely manner is paramount to upholding our commitment to our employees and to regulatory standards.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve maintaining the absolute accuracy and reliability of our employee records within our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and other internal tracking systems. This requires diligent data entry, regular updates, and proactive identification of any discrepancies to ensure that our employee data is always current, complete, and readily accessible for reporting and strategic decision-making.
  • • You will play a key role in supporting the onboarding process for new hires. This involves preparing all necessary onboarding documentation, coordinating with IT and relevant departments to ensure timely system access and equipment provisioning, and working closely with hiring managers to guarantee a smooth and welcoming Day 1 experience for every new team member. Your efforts will directly impact the initial impression and integration of our new colleagues.
  • • The accurate tracking of employee attendance, leave requests, and timesheet submissions will be under your purview. You will be responsible for monitoring these records, identifying any anomalies or discrepancies, and working with employees and managers to resolve them promptly. This meticulous attention to detail is crucial for supporting accurate payroll processing and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • • You will actively participate in the administration of our employee benefits programs. This includes assisting with the enrolment process for new hires, managing updates for existing employees (e.g., changes in marital status, dependents), and coordinating with insurance providers and employees to facilitate claims processes. Your support will ensure our employees can effectively leverage the benefits available to them.
  • • The offboarding process for departing employees will also be managed with your support. This includes coordinating the necessary clearance procedures, ensuring the timely removal of system access, tracking the return of company assets, and preparing final employment documentation. Your efficiency in this area ensures a professional and organized departure for all employees.
  • • You will contribute to the integrity of our HR data by assisting with regular HR data audits and compliance checks. This involves reviewing records, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions to maintain the highest standards of data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

  • • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar People Operations role, demonstrating a solid understanding of core HR processes.
  • • Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined approach to handling sensitive employee data and documentation with utmost accuracy and confidentiality.
  • • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors) and proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) for data management and reporting.
  • • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with a genuine service-oriented mindset focused on supporting employees and internal stakeholders.
  • • Ability to work with speed and accuracy, maintaining discretion and professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
