• • The People Operations Specialist – US & Americas role at Kong Inc. is critical to ensuring consistent HR service delivery, compliance, and employee experience across the Americas region, with a focus on supporting US time zones from India-Bangalore.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, role changes, offboarding), administering benefits programs, maintaining accurate HRIS data (Workday), ensuring compliance with US labor laws (FLSA, EEOC), providing responsive HR support during US hours (9pm–6am IST), and driving process improvements through data analysis and reporting.
