  • As a People Operations Specialist, you will be at the forefront of employee support, managing a high volume of inquiries and requests daily. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the frontline support for all employees, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional accuracy, efficiency, and a positive attitude.
  • This role is deeply operational, requiring a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of HR data and processes. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of various HR workflows, from onboarding to offboarding, and everything in between.
  • A significant part of your day-to-day will involve managing a high volume of People Services tickets within a Jira-based ticketing system. This requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a proactive approach to resolving issues promptly.
  • You will also be performing essential administrative tasks within Workday (HRIS). This includes data entry, updating employee records, and ensuring the HRIS system is accurate and up-to-date. Proficiency in HRIS systems is key to success in this aspect of the role.
  • The role demands meticulous execution of data entry and spreadsheet-heavy operational work. Accuracy is paramount, as the data you handle will inform critical HR decisions and processes. You will be expected to maintain extremely high standards of precision in all your data-related tasks.
  • Providing employee-facing support is a core component of this position. You will act as an internal customer service representative, addressing employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and systems. Building positive relationships and offering clear, concise solutions will be vital.
