  • • As a People Operations & Systems Specialist, you will serve as both an HR generalist and systems implementer, supporting clients at critical inflection points such as HRIS setup, migration, or building people infrastructure from scratch.
  • • You will implement and configure HRIS, payroll, and people platforms including Rippling, Gusto, Lattice, Leapsome, and Deel from initial setup through client handoff.
  • • You will design and build core people ops infrastructure such as onboarding workflows, offer and offboarding processes, policy templates, and employee lifecycle documentation.
  • • You will assess clients' current-state people operations and provide practical, stage-appropriate recommendations, including sequenced roadmaps for improvement.
  • • You will support clients on HR fundamentals like benefits administration setup, I-9 and compliance workflows, job architecture basics, and handbook development.
  • • You will create clear internal documentation, manager guides, and employee-facing materials that clients can maintain independently.
  • • You will manage 6–12 concurrent client engagements across early-stage through growth-stage companies.
  • • You will use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to enhance research, writing, and problem-solving.
  • • You will work with a small, highly skilled team that values AI-enhanced delivery, operational excellence, and scale-appropriate solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience as an HR generalist, including writing policies, running onboarding, and managing offboarding processes.
  • • Hands-on experience configuring and implementing HRIS platforms such as Rippling, Gusto, Lattice, Leapsome, or Deel.
  • • Strong communication and documentation skills, with ability to create clear guides and train clients effectively.
  • • Practical understanding of HR fundamentals including benefits administration, I-9 compliance, job architecture, and handbook development.
  • • Ability to manage 6–12 concurrent client engagements while staying organized and proactive.
  • • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to improve efficiency in research, writing, and problem-solving.
