• • The People Partner role at tem is designed to increase performance and talent density across the organization by identifying and resolving barriers to team effectiveness in hiring, leadership, team design, and performance, directly supporting the company’s mission to rearchitect the global energy market through AI-native infrastructure.
• • Day to day, the role involves partnering with Engine leaders to assess team performance and friction points, diagnosing root causes of issues related to org design, role clarity, leadership, resourcing, and ways of working, coaching managers on performance expectations and feedback, supporting hiring quality initiatives with Talent, handling employee relations situations with sound judgement, and contributing to cross-functional projects like onboarding and performance system improvements.
