📋 Description
- • Serve as a trusted People Partner for Loopio’s India Hub, acting as a strategic advisor to leaders and employees on engagement, development, and retention initiatives.
- • Drive employee experience and culture initiatives in India by implementing localized programs that align with Loopio’s global values and foster an inclusive, high-performing environment.
- • Support managers in conducting performance conversations, providing feedback, and guiding employees through career growth pathways.
- • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, payroll regulations, taxation requirements, and statutory obligations in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
- • Coordinate the rollout and local adaptation of global People programs including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processing via Deel.
- • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns while upholding Loopio’s core values and policies.
- • Partner with leadership on organizational development, change management, and team effectiveness initiatives to support business growth and alignment.
- • Plan and execute in-person events, team gatherings, and cultural celebrations to strengthen connection and morale within the India team.
- • Manage vendor relationships and oversee facilities partnerships, including coworking spaces, to ensure remote employees have adequate workspace and resources.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for India-based employees on HR and operational matters, maintaining strong communication with the global People & Culture team in Canada.
- • Work within core business hours of 12 pm – 8 pm IST to align with collaboration windows across Canada, the UK, and India.
- • Maintain high organizational standards in managing both People Partnership responsibilities and office operations with attention to detail and process integrity.
- • Promote a remote-first culture by supporting distributed team dynamics, encouraging asynchronous collaboration, and participating in global virtual events.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes by identifying local needs and aligning them with global standards while ensuring scalability and compliance.
- • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through participation in Employee Resource Groups and adherence to Loopio’s DEIB commitments.
- • Support the global People team by sharing regional insights and feedback to inform policy design and program adaptation across international hubs.
