• • As a People Process Optimization Specialist at Stripe, you will drive holistic process improvements across People team capabilities, ensuring seamless operations and enhanced employee experience through data-driven, AI-enabled solutions.
• • You will lead end-to-end process optimization initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC frameworks, develop Service Catalogs, create ROI-based roadmaps, and leverage AI and automation to eliminate manual toil and improve scalability.
• • You will join Stripe’s People Process Optimization (PPO) team, a strategy-driven group focused on organizing complexity through expert frameworks to support Stripe’s mission of increasing the GDP of the internet.
