This is a pivotal, globally remote role where you will own the end-to-end employee lifecycle and the internal operating systems that drive our company's success. You will be the architect of our onboarding, engagement, and performance frameworks, while simultaneously building and refining structured internal workflows designed to dramatically increase our execution velocity.
  • Your core mandate will encompass the comprehensive design of the employee lifecycle, ensuring every stage from recruitment to offboarding is optimized for efficiency and positive experience. This includes architecting a robust performance review system that fosters accountability and growth, designing a fair and motivating compensation and incentive structure that aligns with measurable output, and establishing clear criteria for promotion and advancement. Furthermore, you will be the driving force behind our internal operating systems, focusing on building AI-first workflows across all teams to significantly reduce manual inefficiencies and codify repeatable processes.
  • In the realm of Employee Lifecycle Ownership, you will design and implement onboarding systems that not only welcome new hires but also accelerate their time to full productivity. This involves creating structured development frameworks that support continuous learning and career progression, and maintaining dynamic engagement rhythms and feedback loops that ensure our team feels connected, valued, and heard. Your efforts will directly contribute to a more engaged and high-performing workforce.
  • For Performance & Incentive Systems, you will meticulously design review cadences, whether quarterly, annual, or a hybrid model, ensuring they are effective and insightful. A key aspect of this will be aligning compensation structures directly with measurable output, creating a clear link between individual contributions and rewards. You will also formalize the criteria for promotions and advancements, providing clear pathways for career growth and recognizing outstanding performance.

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing comprehensive employee lifecycle programs, including onboarding, development, and engagement strategies.

  • Strong understanding of compensation and incentive structures, with experience in aligning reward systems with measurable business outcomes.
