People & Talent Administrator

📋 Description

• • As a People & Talent Administrator at CareAccess Inc., you will play a dual role in supporting both recruitment and HR administrative functions across international locations outside the US, including Poland, the UK, and other countries, reporting to the Director, Global HRBP.
• • Day to day, you will support payroll consolidation with external vendors, manage local employment contracts and HR records in compliance with GDPR and local regulations, assist with onboarding and offboarding, track employee absences, respond to employee inquiries, source candidates via job boards and social media, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and utilize recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies.
