People & Talent Specialist - fully remote!

📋 Description

• • As a People & Talent Specialist at Inflect Inc., you will serve as a strategic partner to the VP of People Operations, driving talent acquisition and people operations to support the company’s mission of revolutionizing digital infrastructure. Your role is critical in building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce that aligns with Inflect’s core values and culture.
• • Day to day, you will manage the full lifecycle of talent acquisition—crafting compelling job descriptions, posting to strategic boards, managing ATS flow, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, evaluating video interviews, and coordinating seamless interview logistics. You will also support people operations by enhancing onboarding experiences, implementing culture-building initiatives for a remote-first team, and assisting with HR compliance and employee experience projects as the company scales.
