📋 Description

  • • The PER DIEM Physician Assistant – Advanced Clinical Provider role is a vital position within NewYork-Presbyterian’s Hospital at Home (HAH) program, delivering inpatient-level hospital care directly to patients in their homes to expand access, improve outcomes, and alleviate hospital capacity constraints.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing clinical care under medical direction, managing the full continuum of care (enrollment, admission, daily evaluations, discharge, consults, monitoring, and telehealth), making complex clinical decisions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, assisting in training health personnel, and participating in ongoing professional development.
  • • NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is a nationally recognized academic medical center committed to excellence, innovation, and equity in patient care, with the HAH program representing a cutting-edge model of acute care delivery designed to be the largest, safest, and most innovative in the country.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Graduate of an accredited PA program
  • • Current NYS PA licensure
  • • NCCPA certification
  • • DEA Certification
  • • BLS/ACLS/PALS certification
  • • At least one year of relevant clinical experience as a physician assistant
